Team Reminders
     We are a team which trains for competitive swimming. Our coaching staff plans
a season process to develop each athlete to be the best they can be. Be prepared
for a commitment to swimming and development through fundamentals, technique,
training and fun.

     The daily practice schedule will begin promptly with routine stretching, abs, and
push-ups. There may be deck talk and then pool time begins. We ask that swimmers
meet the following practice standards: arrive on time; complete correctly dry land
stretching and exercises; complete shoulder injury prevention exercises as
assigned; enter water promptly; complete practice standards that increase swimming
performance - staying off the bottom of the pool, finishing to the wall, great
streamlines, etc.; having swimmer etiquette; listening/talking - when to and when not
to; bring positive talk and a positive attitude to the pool; and work as a team!
